“Mrs. A” brings a vast array of experience and talent to Cooperative Theatre. She founded Cooperative Theatre for Children in 1979 to afford children the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive theatrical experience. Musical Director: Laura Prichard Laura has played in the pit bands for several Coop shows, and is very happy to join the staff as Music Director. A music and drama graduate of Yale and the University of Illinois, Laura has worked with K-8 musical theater students at Middlesex Summer Arts in Concord, as well as with students in Arlington and Cambridge. Choreographer: Beth Kennedy Beth Kennedy has been working with Cooperative Theatre for nineteen years. She is both a performer and a choreographer with a background in a variety of styles of dance. In her other life she is an elementary school teacher in Andover. Assisant to the Director: Counselors: Summer Coop counselors are high school and college students with a great love of theater. They work with students to further develop their drama skills. Interns: Interns work closely with counselors and the professional staff to assist in dance, music, and drama. |
